Melon was a food delivery service that focused on campuses and pooling orders to make trips more efficient. We reached $10k MRR with just a few drop offs a week, but shut down because of a lack of a clear path to profitability without significant scale, a difficulty with differentiating from growing competition, and a lack of experience within the industry.

Front end: Webflow (+ JS) for the design, React.js and Retool for internal tools.

Back end: Node.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, MapBox (also on front-end).

Others: Stripe for payment processing, Sendinblue for email automation, Privy for unsure customer conversion, FB ads.
